In each visit you will get to know not only our wineries, but also our ideas: how we cultivate our vines in organic farming, how we defend the autochthonous, how we take care of the Mencía and Godello like someone who takes care of a living inheritance.

From the Palace there are well marked nature trails for you to walk at your own pace among the vineyards. They are paths of silence and beauty that change with each season: the crystalline white of winter, the first green shoots of spring, the overflowing vines of summer, and that Homeric autumn of the Bierzo, where the colors set the landscape on fire at every step.

Here, wine tourism is not decoration. It is a real, living, accessible experience. It is the invitation to open your mind to sensory memories, to walk without haste, to look carefully.

An experience that takes you from the bowels of the Palace to the horizon of our vineyards, combining tradition, landscape and flavor at every step.

We begin with a tour of the winemaking cellar, where you can learn about how we work our native varieties under organic farming criteria. Next, we visit the Xamprada cellar, our sparkling wine from Bierzo, and the artisanal aging area.

Weather permitting, the tour continues aboard the carroviñas (subject to weather conditions), a leisurely ride among vines that allows us to see the Bierzo from the inside, feeling its rhythm and seasons. You will also get to know our traditional canning area, because here wine does not travel alone: it is accompanied by history, products and roots.

We end with a guided tasting of three organic wines of the varieties we have seen in the vineyard. Come visit us and discover why some things are better to discover in person.

This visit lives up to its name: it is a complete, lively and tasty experience, to the fullest. Designed for those who want to know everything, unhurriedly and with all five senses.

We begin with a guided tour of the facilities of the Palace, where you will discover how we make our wines from an ecological philosophy and committed to the land. We will pass through the winemaking cellar, the Xamprada cellar, our line of artisan preserves and the aging area, where the barrels rest in silence.

Afterwards, weather permitting, we will go up to the carroviñas: a quiet walk among the vineyards that allows us to interpret the landscape, get a close look at our organic vines and understand how the land, the climate and the weather interact.

We finish as it deserves: with a commented tasting of three organic wines, carefully paired with a selection of local cheeses and sausages. Because wine is not drunk alone, it is shared. And each product that accompanies it also tells a part of this story.
