Harvested by hand, bunch by bunch, and fermented with its natural yeasts.
Aged for three months with its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections typical of the variety. In the nose it presents good aromatic intensity, highlighting notes of pineapple and tropical fruits, against a citrus background. In the mouth, it has a wide entry, with sweet sensations that give way to a balanced acidity, very fruity, ending with a bitter sensation that gives it depth. Very tasty.
Food and serving
Perfect with pasta, fish, and white meat. We recommend serving it fresh, between 10º and 12º.
